Junior - General Administration
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The position involves document management, contract and company registration coordination, financial document support, procurement, HR assistance, and cross-departmental coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office operations, maintain office equipment, and coordinate with external service providers.

Manage company documentation, including general documents, client documents, tax invoices, and contracts.

Coordinate document delivery and collection with clients, government agencies, and business partners.

Organize and maintain document filing systems to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.

Support accounts payable/receivable processes: receive expense and reimbursement documents, verify completeness, record data in the system, coordinate with the accounting team, and follow up on related documentation status.

Handle procurement of office supplies and manage inventory of essential office items.

Provide basic HR support: prepare equipment for new employees, coordinate HR activities, and assist in organizing company events.

Contract administration: prepare and review contract documents, coordinate with relevant parties, monitor progress until completion, and ensure proper filing in accordance with company standards.

Company registration matters: manage company registrations and changes in corporate information with government authorities (e.g., Department of Business Development, Revenue Department), including document preparation, submission, follow-up, and completion of the process.

Provide administrative support to all departments as assigned, including general coordination such as booking accommodations, transportation, and facilitating requests from various teams.
Junior/Senior - Audit / Accounting Assistant
Responsible for reviewing financial records and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Evaluate internal controls, prepare audit working papers and reports, and provide recommendations on financial risks and process improvements while collaborating with the audit team.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of TFRS, IFRS, and ISA; strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in SAP or Oracle; ability to work under pressure and maintain good client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (TFRS, ISA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of taxation and tax planning
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English (fluency is not required; willingness to improve is encouraged)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Understanding of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Teamwork skills and ability to coordinate across departments
- Adaptable and quick to learn in dynamic environments
- Strategic thinking and ability to provide business recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a willingness to continuously learn and grow
